Kate McAleer is a designer working across the fields of architecture, art and social engagement. Her visual work involves collage, craft and assemblage, while the participatory projects she has worked on include large scale timber installations as well as design and sustainability education. She believes in empowering people through creative processes to take ownership over their spaces and futures. Kate has formal qualifications in Architecture (Cambridge, Central St Martins) and Fine Art (UCA Rochester).
