A workshop held as part of the Shift Happens festival at Central St Martins, Drawing The Civic was a session to celebrate the value of shared public spaces, and to dream about their futures. With Hannah Bergstrand and Lydia Hyde, presentations were given about the existing cultures of the Street, the Railway Station and the Library. Participants were then prompted to make a collective drawing of these three types of space, based on past memories and playful imagination of what they might become.
